In this workshop participants will through hands on activities explore digital literacy, information literacy and digital citizenship skills, knowledge and dispositions to support learning in the classroom. We will explore how to integrate these into the classroom curriculum and learning activities to support a balanced approach to the use of digital devices and learning in the classroom. Participants are invited to bring their lesson plans, curriculum units, and learning activities that they are currently using. Through out the workshop we will look for authentic and purposeful ways integrate the workshop activities into these lesson plans, curriculum units, and learning activities

I am currently the Head of Education and Media Technology/ Deputy Principal at theInternational School of Luxembourg.Previously I was the Director of eLearning at the Inter Community School Zurich, Switzerland and the Director of Information Technology at the International School of Prague, Czech Republic. I am a trainer at the Principal Training Center – facilitating the Technology Leadership course. Learning2 Community Coach, Trainer at the Institut de formation de l’Éducation nationale du Luxembourg and Appsevents presenter.
