Pease click on the '?INFO' button in the Date and time section just below for instructions before you begin to ensure that your booking is submitted properly.
Please follow the steps and read the policy carefully. The booking system is at the bottom of the page.
- Go to the booking system at the bottom of the page. Select ELSA member school or non member accordingly and the number of participants you wish to register including yourself in the drop down menu.
- Customer Information: Your name, email and school.
- Participants: If you are registering yourself select the 'myself' option. If you are registering yourself and other participants or making registrations on behalf of a group select 'Myself' as the first participant if you are attending then 'New Person' option.
- Participant details: When choosing 'Myself' your customer name and details are automatically included. Continue with the name and details of the participants.
- Click on the submit button. You will be directed to a final review and confirmation page and asked to agree to the conditions and policy. Tick the box.
- Click on 'Confirm request'.
- You will receive an automated reply that your booking request has been received. The orange button at the bottom of the email allows you to change or review your booking at any time. Keep this email handy.
- You will receive confirmation of your booking within 48 hrs. If you are not contacted by ELSA within that time we may not have received your registration and you should get in touch with us at info@elsa-france.org.
- If you choose the 'Pay Now' option you may pay directly from the confirmation email. By using the pay button you will be re-directed to the booking page where you can pay with your credit card or Paypal.
- If you choose the pay later option an invoice from the ELSA Paypal account will be sent by email to the email address provided. The invoice should be paid directly or forwarded to the school's accounting department.
- Please note that a registration is confirmed when payment is received.
Individual Registration Fees:
- ELSA Member School Early Registration Fee : 60€
- Non Member School Early Bird Registration Fee: 90€
- ELSA Member School Late Registration Fee: 85€
- Non Member School Late Registration Fee: 115€
Registration Policy and Procedure:
- Registrations close on March 8th 2016 .
- Early Bird Rate is offered until February 20th 2016.
- All registrations are considered firm once payment has been received.
- Registrations are for the full day. The fee includes lunch, coffee and closing reception.
- We are unable to accept walk-ins on the day of the conference.
Payment:
- Once you have submitted your booking you will receive an invoice by email through the ELSA Paypal account that can be paid directly by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. ELSA bank details and Paypal account information is indicated on the invoice. Direct payment through Bookeo is also possible. Registrations mut be paid as soon as possible and before March 8th.
- ELSA does not accept payments by check.
- ELSA cannot refund cancellations after February 20th. Cancellations may be subject to a handling fee of 25€. Cancellations and changes only apply to registrations that are not going through a professional development funding agreement.
Professional Development Funding:
- Applications are considered from member schools only and for registrations placed by February 20th 2016.
- Please contact ELSA prior to applying. You will be provided with the documents in French to be sent to your organism.
- Registrations are paid by the school to ELSA the school then applying through its organism for a refund of payment.
- All application documents must be sent in electronic form by email to: info@elsa-france.org. Please do not use the ELSA postal address to send your FC application as your mail will not be collected in a timely manner.
- We are unable to give consideration to cancellations or changes to registrations once a PD contract has been signed with a member school and no refunds will be considered. (Les modifications et annulations d’inscriptions ne sont pas prises en compte lorsqu’une convention a été conclue avec un établissement et aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué.)
