The competition is open to 3ème through Terminale students (Grades 9 to 12).

Terms of Registration:
- Poetry by Heart is a fee paying event.
- Teachers should register after they have received approval from their school to cover the fee.
- Registrations will remain open until October 19th 2018. Cancellations made prior to October 19th are accepted at no charge.
- After October 19th 2018, all registrations are final and fee due as the organisation of the event is underway.
- Teachers register using the form (see register button below )
- Invoices will be sent after October 19th to the school head for immediate payment. Schools are officially registered for the event only once payment has been received.
- ELSA reserves the right to cancel a school’s registration if immediate payment is not received or at least within 30 days of the date of issuance of the invoice.
- Teachers are required to submit all requested student information and poem lists within the deadlines as they are communicated by the competition coordinator. Late submissions can compromise a student’s participation in the final recital competition on March 23rd 2019.
Participation Fee:
- Member school: 85€
- Non-member School: 140
