Sponsorship and Exhibiting at TDD
ELSA France is a non-profit association currently comprising France’s major international and bilingual schools offering part or all of their curriculum in English. ELSA’s mission is to offer up-to-date information to those seeking schooling in English, and to facilitate communication, cooperation, and professional growth among member schools. ELSA also serves as a link for local, regional and professional groups that have an interest in international Education.
The association’s flagship event is the Teacher Development Day for teachers and administrators nationwide to share and exchange ideas and approaches to teaching and learning. It has been sponsored by the European Council for International Schools and is accredited by the State University of New York - Buffalo.
It brings together close to 400 people for a day-long conference networking with educational companies, institutions and publishers through the exhibition space provided. Among ELSA TDD returning exhibitors for close to ten years: Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Collins Education, Pearson, Hodder Education, Scholastic, Bespoke Education, University of Cambridge International Examinations, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
ELSA currently offers exhibitor space at the annual conference. Several time slots are provided in the daily schedule to allow attendees to visit stands. In addition, the company link is added to the ELSA website and company information is communicated in the conference program.
To provide better visibility to companies, ELSA offers advertisement space on its website and in the annual conference print program. The program is distributed at the conference and more widely by email. The website is largely visited by educational professionals and people relocating to France.
In addition, ELSA relies on sponsorships, and can provide free exposure to companies with products or services to offer, such as catering, printing, and advertising, or space for conferences. Please send us an email if you are interested. We'll be happy to consider your offer.

TDD Exhibiting Rates
Companies can exhibit at the ELSA TDD for 325€. Exhibiting at ELSA TDD also gives a company full access to the ELSA member database and advertisement on our website. We encourage exhibiting companies to send us informational or promotional emails that we can forward to our members.
TDD Venue
The ELSA TDD is hosted by the Ecole Internationale Bilingue Victor Hugo School. The school is centrally located in Paris, easily accessible by public transportation and well served in hotels and restaurants. Exhibiting stands are located on the ground floor within easy reach of the registration area, cafeteria and classrooms.
The ELSA TDD is not an EFL conference. If your company promotes strictly EFL material please send us detailed information about your resources so that we can determine if we think the event will be worthwhile for you.
